Q Working Principles of the Fluidized Bed Coating Machine
The core principle is "atomization into particles + vapor-phase coating." Metal/alloy raw materials are melted in a medium-frequency furnace, and the melt flows through a guide tube. High-pressure inert gas (argon/nitrogen) atomizes it into micron-sized droplets via the atomization nozzle. During their descent, the droplets mix with the coating gas (containing vaporized coating elements) introduced from the upper part of the atomization chamber, rapidly forming a coating layer on their surfaces. The particles ultimately cool and solidify into coated particles, which are collected as the final product.
