    The laboratory conducts experimental tests on the whole process of material manufacturing and processing, corrects the theoretical model through experimental results and process data and assists in the creation of process packages and the freezing of process amplification.
    Provides small-scale or mass-production verification services including the unpacking, conveying, metering, mixing, pulping and defoaming of incoming materials.

    Flexible and efficient process design ability is needed to support the product development in the laboratory and the mass production of production line. While satisfying the process requirements, we help customers transform their existing production line, cooperate with them to complete the exploration and industrialization of advanced manufacturing process, and find the optimal solution from small pilots before deploying it to large-scale production.
    In order to ensure process quality for the customers, the process design can be optimized by means of material process and vapor deposition technology, so as to shorten the process time and improve the overall productivity.

Powder Fluidization Processing Center

Based on SF fluidized powder processing technology, SOPHON FUTURE closely follows the cutting-edge development trends in powder materials and explores manufacturing technologies for powder materials from the atomic scale to micro, meso, and macro scales.

The company has established a Engineering Center, a Data Center, and a Processing Center for Powder Fluidization. Leveraging the group’s manufacturing capabilities, it has formed a full engineering team of over 50 members and provides engineering solutions across various stages, including material testing, material design, equipment manufacturing, process experiment, and production line design and construction.

Its clients are primarily distributed across fields such as battery materials, metal powders, catalyst materials, ceramic powders, food, and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on universities, research institutes, and new material R&D institutions.
