Q Working Process of the Equipment

Bulk Bag Positioning → Electric Lifting → Bag Clamping and Sealing → (Closed Chamber) → Bag Breaking and Unloading → Screening and Crushing → Negative Pressure Dust Removal → Vibration/ Flapping for Emptying → Empty Bag Recycling

Q Equipment Maintenance

1. Lubricate the hoist's transmission unit, bearings, etc., as specified in the manual.

2. Thoroughly inspect and tighten all bolts, especially those of the vibration unit and lifting structure.

3. Check pneumatic piping for aging or wear, and ensure cylinders operate smoothly.

4. Verify that all limit switches and buttons are responsive and reliable.

Q Precautions

1. Given the heavy weight of bulk bags, lifting safety is the top priority. Conduct regular and strict inspections of lifting equipment (wire ropes, hooks, hoists), and overload must be strictly prohibited.

2. When handling flammable or explosive dust, equipment must be explosion-proof in design, including explosion-proof motors, electrical components, solenoid valves, etc. Explosion-proof tools must also be used during maintenance.
