The main steps include "Feeding - Unpacking - Separation - Discharging". Materials are fed manually or by conveyor to the feeding inlet. Bags enter the unpacking area via the conveyor belt, where high-speed rotating blades precisely cut open the bag (avoiding damage to the material). The material falls by gravity into the hopper below, while a negative pressure system extracts dust. Empty bags are beaten to remove residues and then conveyed to a collector, achieving automated unpacking, impurity removal, and bag collection.
