Q Working Principles of the Activation Hopper
The core principle is "activation and arch breaking with vibration." An activation cone and vibrator are installed at the bottom of the hopper. The vibrator generates high-frequency and low-amplitude vibrations, which are transmitted through the activation cone to the material inside the silo. This disrupts the cohesion between particles and their adhesion to the wall, eliminating bridging or agglomeration. Simultaneously, the vibration fluidizes the material, and the cone's bottom structure guides the material toward the discharge outlet, achieving continuous and uniform discharge.
Q Can the activation hopper be customized?
The equipment supports customization on demand. Material characteristics (viscosity/ultrafine powder/abrasiveness) determine the choice of activation cone material (stainless steel/wear-resistant lining/PTFE coating) and vibrator frequency. Silo specifications determine the hopper diameter and cone angle (typically 45°-60°). Production capacity requirements are met by adjusting vibration power, with options for explosion-proof vibrators, dust-proof sealing, or temperature control jackets for special scenarios.
