Q Working Principles of the Pipeline Crusher
The core principle is "dynamic crushing in the pipeline." A motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate the crushing blade set (toothed blades/hammer blades) at high speed. Material entering the crushing chamber with the conveying flow is sheared and impact-crushed by the blade set. A screen inside the chamber controls the discharge particle size, allowing qualified material to continue conveying via airflow/gravity. Some models are equipped with a backflush device to prevent crushed material from clogging the blade set and screen.

Daily Maintenance: Before each shift, check the tightness of the blade set, bearing temperature, and the integrity of the screen. After the shift, clean residual material from the chamber and turn off the power. Periodic Maintenance: Lubricate bearings with dedicated lubricant weekly. Inspect blade set wear monthly and sharpen blades promptly if edges are dull. Replace aged seals quarterly and calibrate motor speed to ensure crushing efficiency.
Q Precautions
Before starting, ensure the chamber is free of foreign objects. Run empty until speed stabilizes before feeding. It is strictly forbidden to crush ultra-hard materials (e.g., metal blocks) to prevent cutter breakage. If abnormal noise occurs during operation, stop immediately; do not open the cover for inspection. For damp materials, control moisture content to prevent crushed material from clumping and blocking the screen. Before maintenance, power must be switched off and a warning tag placed. Take protective measures when disassembling the cutter set.
