Q Working Principles of the Vacuum Defoamer
The core principle is "bubble elimination in a vacuum environment." After material is injected into the sealed vessel, the vacuum pump evacuates to reduce internal pressure, causing bubbles within the material to expand, rise, and rupture. Some models are equipped with low-speed stirring or heating devices to accelerate bubble aggregation and release. After deaeration, the material is discharged via differential pressure or a pump, achieving bubble-free homogenized material, suitable for industries such as adhesives and resins.
Q Can the vacuum defoamer be customized?
This equipment can be precisely configured as needed. Material characteristics (viscosity/thermal sensitivity) determine the vacuum level (-0.095~-0.1MPa) and heating method (water bath/oil bath); production capacity (10-1000L/batch) matches the vessel volume; process requirements customize stirring speed (0-100r/min). For special scenarios, options include explosion-proof systems, automatic feeding and discharging modules, or online vacuum monitoring devices.
