Q Working Principles of the Pigging Ball System
The core principle is "pig-driven sealing isolation + directional conveying for recovery." Compressed air drives an elastic pig through the conveying pipeline. The pig maintains tight contact with the pipe wall, stripping residual high-value material from the inner wall and pushing it forward. The material, along with the pig, moves to a recovery chamber, where the pig is separated from the material via a separation device. The pig then returns to its initial position through a return line, forming a "push-recovery-return" cycle to minimize material residue and loss.
