Q Can the equipment be customized?
The equipment can be customized according to requirements.
Q Working Process of the Equipment
Start → Vacuum pump works → Negative pressure suction of materials → Filter retains materials → Material level meter detects full material → Vacuum pump stops → Blowback cleaning with compressed air → Discharge valve opens → Material discharge → Discharge valve closes
Q Equipment Maintenance
1. Carefully purge from inside to outside with low-pressure compressed air for 1-3 months (perform in a safe area).
2. Check whether electrical components such as solenoid valves are working normally.
3. Filter elements generally need to be replaced every 1-2 years depending on usage frequency.
Q Precautions
1. 80% of conveying issues are related to filters (clogging, damage). It is essential to select the appropriate filter element material (e.g., polyester, sintered, PTFE membrane, etc.) based on material characteristics (particle size, moisture, static electricity, oiliness).
2. Ensure the conveying pipeline is as short as possible with minimal bends. Avoid using slack or collapsing hoses, as these cause unnecessary pressure loss.
3. Before opening the hopper cover, it must be confirmed that there is no residual pressure inside the system.
