Q Working Process of the Equipment
Slurry pumped in → Non-magnetic solid impurities intercepted by filter bag → Ferromagnetic particles adsorbed by magnetic rods → Clean slurry flows out to downstream process.
Q Maintenance of the Equipment
1. After shutdown, open the equipment chamber and carefully pull out the magnetic rods vertically upward to avoid impact.
2. Use a dedicated magnetic rod protective sleeve for cleaning to transfer iron impurities from the working magnetic rod to the sleeve. This method is dust-free, safe, and efficient.
3. Check the filter bag for damage, deformation, or severe clogging. Replace immediately if damaged. For reusable filter baskets, perform thorough cleaning.
Q Precautions
1. Strictly prohibit placing magnetic rods in high-temperature environments (exceeding the Curie temperature of the magnet), as this may cause permanent demagnetization.
2. Avoid subjecting magnetic rods to severe impact or welding.
