Q Working Principles of the Static Mixer
The static mixer is highly efficient mixing equipment with no moving parts. Its core working principle lies in the mixing elements (internal stationary blade components) cutting, shearing, rotating, and recombining the fluid flowing through them. Driven by pump or pipeline pressure, as the fluid passes through these precisely designed mixing elements, they continuously split the fluid into layers and alter its flow direction, generating intense turbulent effects (for lower-viscosity fluids) or facilitating radial displacement (for high-viscosity fluids). Through this repetitive process of "division—displacement—recombination," two or more materials achieve uniform mixing at a molecular level within an extremely short distance, while also enabling efficient heat exchange and dispersion.
