The client is a global leader in the rare metal and advanced materials sector. For over two decades, the company has dedicated itself to the in-depth development and comprehensive utilization of rare metals, with its business extensively covering critical fields such as semiconductor materials, infrared laser materials, thin-film materials, and precious metal materials. It holds over 1,000 authorized patents, with invention patents accounting for more than 30%. Its products are exported to numerous countries and regions worldwide, including Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. The company has been honored with numerous prestigious accolades, including National Enterprise Technology Center, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, and National High-Tech Enterprise.

With the continuous expansion of business, the client has constructed new modern factory facilities. Given the high reactivity, ease of contamination, and stringent production environment requirements of rare metal oxide materials, there is an urgent need to introduce a fully automated end-to-end solution. SOPHON is responsible for the entire material handling process: robotic arm loading → feeding into the kiln → unloading from the kiln → material collection → transfer via launch chamber → powder distribution treatment → material transfer by robotic arm → secondary kiln feeding → material transfer by robotic arm → material crushing → automated packaging.
